Above all, she defines herself as pan-African. With 12 years of retail experience in Africa, she embodies the commitment and determination to contribute to the continent&#8217;s economic growth. In this podcast episode, we&#8217;ll talk about <strong>her transition from salaried employee to entrepreneur<\/strong>. Indeed, she recently founded the presentation of her company Concretiz and the Afretail forum she co-organizes.    <\/p>\n<h3>Expertise acquired in the field<\/h3>\n<p>Izar Hyacinthe, of Haitian origin, began her career on the African continent shortly after graduating in France. At Yves Rocher, she held several positions of responsibility, contributing to the brand&#8217;s development in sub-Saharan Africa.
