Africa Fashion Tour is a digital directory of designers based in Africa. The fashion brands are listed under 3 headings: CITY, DESIGNER and COLLECTION. The platform’s home page allows you to filter according to these 3 headings. Collections are classified by period according to the astrological calendar. Each astrological sign corresponds to a given period and the month in which the collection was presented.

The Africa Fashion Tour team the benchmark for young designers on the African continent. The objective of theAfrica Fashion Tour is to promote African creativity by giving visibility to designers based in Africa. It gives amateurs and professionals from the general public and the media the opportunity to (re)discover African fashion.

Africa Fashion Tour is a digital platform serving a community of international fashion consumers and potential investors in search of new trends and perspectives. Our origins

The idea for theAfrica Fashion Tour came from a desire to discover the world of fashion as seen from the continent’s 54 countries. We went to fabric markets, workshops, shopping malls and concept stores. We attended fashion shows, fairs and salons. We met young designers, event organizers and entrepreneurs.

We were impressed by the boldness and inventiveness of the designers, the passion of the event promoters, the energy of the local fashion vendors. We came away with the desire to share the richness of our discoveries with as many people as possible.

Africa Fashion Tour is a digital platform that promotes African creativity and acts as a trend detector.
